On September 16th, 2013 - A World Ozone Day was celebrated in collaboration with the deptt. of environment and remote sensing jammu, in which as many as 8 students participated and two teachers namely - Mr. Rohit (Physics)& Ms. Arpana (Env. Sc).
Mr. Santhal DFO, was the Chief Guest. Mr. Ravish Sharma, M.D. was the Guest of Honour and presented a welcome address. Prof. P.K. Koul, Principal of the college presented a vote of thanks.
The participants were given mementoes Ms. Anchal Kher of B.Com Part I compared the proceedings.
The college has a hostel accommodating more than 100 students
The Institute has a well ventilated and updated Library with over 4000 books.
College runs a very decent cafeteria maintaining hygienic standard of food items at a very reasonable price.
